Parents must submit one form per camper each day before entering the facility.

will be implemented.
No One with a fever or symptoms of COVID-19, or known exposure to a COVID-19 case in the prior 14 days, is permitted in the establishment. Parents must complete a short health self-screening survey online for each camper and submit it daily before each camper is granted access to the facility.
Temperatures will be taken via a contactless thermometer upon entering the building.
Where possible, staff and campers will utilize face coverings.
Camp Koda has limited the occupancy of physical spaces to ensure that adequate physical distancing may be maintained.
No gatherings of greater than 10 people in one location.
Physical distancing between staff and campers will remain at the recommended 6-foot distance except in specific situations where the urgency of the situation requires safety protocols to override this requirement
Signage for physical distancing will be posted throughout the facility reminding and encouraging campers and staff to adhere to the recommended social distancing policy
Camp Koda staff and campers will practice routine cleaning and disinfection of high contact areas and hard surfaces and equipment following the CDC Reopening Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfection and use an EPA-approved disinfectant to clean.
For high contact areas, we will routinely disinfect surfaces at least every 2 hours. Equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before each use with an EPA approved disinfectant.
Camp Koda will implement additional short breaks to increase the frequency with which staff can wash hands with soap and water.
Alcohol-based hand sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol will be available at stations throughout the facility
